In merchant console, during the Buy with Prime onboarding process, you must enter your business details, link HAQM fulfillment services to Buy with Prime, and then link an HAQM Pay account.

1. On the Link your accounts page, click Register for HAQM Pay.
   

   

   You’re directed to HAQM Pay to log into your account and complete the linking process.
   Note: You must complete HAQM Pay onboarding (link an existing account or create and link a new account) within one hour after you click Register for HAQM Pay. Otherwise, you must return to this step again.
2. In HAQM Pay, on the About your business page, select United States as the business location.
   

   

   • If you have an existing US-based HAQM Pay account, continue with the steps in the Link an existing HAQM Pay account section of this article.
   • Else, continue with the steps in the Register and link a new HAQM Pay account section of this article.

Link an existing HAQM Pay account

1. Click Sign in with existing account, and then sign in to the account that you want to link to Buy with Prime. After signing in, the Connect your store tab appears.
   Note: If you sign in to an HAQM Pay account that isn’t based in the US, an error message appears. In this case, you need to restart this process and follow the steps in the Register and link a new HAQM Pay account section of this article.
2. Verify that your store URL appears in the Domains list. If it doesn’t, add your store URL.
   Important: Do not delete the following URLs from the Domains list. These URLs must stay in the Domains list for Buy with Prime checkout to function correctly.
   
   • http://api.us-east-1.pumpapc.prod.pasa.dubai.aws.dev
   • http://order.buywithprime.haqm.com
     

     

3. On the next screen, click Transfer API keys to complete account linking.
   

   

   After clicking Transfer API Keys, you’re directed to merchant console.
4. In merchant console, sign out of your account, and then sign back in to the account that you used when you started this process.
   
   • If you started this process from Seller Central, the Select Account page appears. Use the following steps:
     
     1. Sign out of Seller Central.
        

        

     2. Sign in again, using the account that you used when you started this process.
     3. On the side menu, choose Growth, and then Add Prime to your site to complete the Buy with Prime onboarding process.
        

        

   • If you started this process from the Buy with Prime merchant console, use the following steps:
     
     1. Go to Seller Central, and then sign out of your account.
     2. Sign in to merchant console, and then sign back in to the account you that you used when you started this process.
   • Complete the Buy with Prime onboarding process.
     

     

Register and link a new HAQM Pay account

If you don’t have a US-based HAQM Pay, continue with the steps in this section. If you have an existing US-based HAQM Pay account, continue with the steps in the “To link an existing HAQM Pay account” section of this article. HAQM Pay is available for merchants in the US. If you’re registering as an individual, you must be at least 18 years of age and a permanent US resident (which doesn’t include holders of US visas) or a US citizen. If registering on behalf of a business, you must be duly authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the business and the business entity must be authorized to do business in the US and have a US-based street address, a US-based bank account, a credit card associated with a US street address, and a US-based phone number. If you meet the preceding qualifications, you’re all set to register for HAQM Pay.

Collect the following information before you start the registration process to be ready to set up your account:

• US-based phone number for our registration service to contact you.
• Credit card (issued by a US-based bank).
• Checking account for disbursement with a US-based bank (you can set this up after registration).
• Business taxpayer ID, EIN, or personal social security number available for the online tax document interview (you can set this up after registration).
• Website URL where you plan to launch HAQM Pay.

1. If you haven’t yet done so, complete steps 1 and 2 in Link HAQM Pay.
2. On the HAQM Pay About your business page, click Create an HAQM Pay account.
   For the new account, you must use a different email than the one that you used for your original Seller Central account (from which you started your Buy with Prime account).
   

   

3. Enter the required information for each step.
   

   

   After signing in, the Connect your store tab appears.

4. Verify that your store URL appears in the Domains list. If it doesn’t, add your store URL.

   Important: Do not delete the following URLs from the Domains list. These URLs must stay in the Domains list for Buy with Prime checkout to function correctly.

   • http://api.us-east-1.pumpapc.prod.pasa.dubai.aws.dev

   • http://order.buywithprime.haqm.com

     

5. On the next screen, click Transfer API keys to complete account linking.

   

   After clicking Transfer API Keys, you’re directed to merchant console.

6. In merchant console, sign out of your account, and then sign back in to the account that you used when you started this process.

   • If you started this process from Seller Central, the Select Account page appears. Use the following steps:

     1. Sign out of Seller Central.

        

     2. Sign in again, using the account that you used when you started this process.

     3. On the side menu, choose Growth, and then Add Prime to your site to complete the Buy with Prime onboarding process.

        

   • If you started this process from the Buy with Prime merchant console, use the following steps:

     1. Go to Seller Central, and then sign out of your account.
     2. Sign in to merchant console, and then sign back in to the account you that you used when you started this process.

   • Complete the Buy with Prime onboarding process.

     

To activate HAQM Pay for Buy with Prime:

1. Open the merchant console.
2. Choose Settings, and then Payments.
3. Under HAQM Pay, choose Activate.
4. Follow the prompts to connect to Seller Central.
5. After you’ve linked to Seller Central, complete the remaining registration steps.

Your HAQM Pay account activates within a few minutes. If it doesn’t activate within a business day, contact merchant support.

To add Buy with Prime to your ecommerce site, you need to accept payments using HAQM Pay.

With HAQM Pay, Prime shoppers can quickly check out using the payment and shipping information in their HAQM account.

When customer payments are processed by HAQM Pay, your HAQM Pay account is credited.

You can access your HAQM Pay account on Seller Central to view and pay your balance, link your bank account and credit card, manage disputes, and download reports. HAQM Pay charges applicable transaction processing fees on Buy with Prime orders. To learn more, go to Buy with Prime and companion service fees.

Note: HAQM Pay only accepts orders that are greater than $0 and less than $150,000.

Getting paid for Buy with Prime orders

To receive/accept disbursements from HAQM Pay, you must have the following:

• A US-based bank account that uses an Automated Clearing House; otherwise, the lack of a deposit method on their account can cause delays in disbursements.
• A valid credit card number in Seller Central. This is required in order for disbursements to be made to your bank account.
• HAQM Pay requires a reserve to manage financial liability created from transaction disputes from your customers, including chargebacks and HAQM Pay A-to-z Guarantee claims. HAQM Pay uses a tiered model to determine the reserve rate that applies to you and calculates your reserve amount based on the Reserve Tier you qualify for. HAQM Pay processes disbursements daily. It takes between 3 and 5 business days for the payment to be completed and appear in your bank account. A reserve might be applied according to HAQM Pay’s reserve policy.

You can map your HAQM Pay Order IDs to your Buy with Prime using your Buy with Prime Order IDs and HAQM Reference IDs. To map your Order IDs:

1. Open Seller Central.
2. Choose HAQM Pay Production View.
   

   

3. Choose Orders, and then Manage Transactions.
   

   

4. Search using the HAQM Reference ID.
   

   

5. Locate the Buy with Prime Order ID in the Seller Order ID column.
